강원도립대학교 제27회 학위수여식 개최

The 27th Commencement Ceremony of Gangwon State University Held

강원도립대학교(총장 최종균)는 2월 13일(금) 오전 11시, 대학 다목적관에서 제27회 학위수여식을 개최했다.

Gangwon State University (President Choi Jong-gyun) held its 27th commencement ceremony on Friday, February 13, at 11 a.m. in the university’s multi-purpose hall.

이번 학위수여식에서는 전문학사 졸업생 230명이 학위를 수여받았으며, 졸업생과 학부모를 비롯해 김진태 강원특별자치도지사, 강원특별자치도의회 의원 등 약 400여 명이 참석해 졸업의 기쁨을 함께 나눴다.

A total of 230 students received associate degrees at the ceremony. Approximately 400 attendees—including graduates, their families, Governor Kim Jin-tae of Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province, and members of the Gangwon Provincial Council—gathered to celebrate the milestone

이날 전체 수석을 차지한 레저스포츠과 정소영 학생은 강원특별자치도지사 표창을 수상했다. 강원특별자치도의회 의장 표창은 바리스타제과제빵과 옥지훈 학생과 사회복지과 고요엘 학생에게 수여됐다.

Jeong So-young of the Department of Leisure Sports, who ranked first overall, received the Governor’s Award. The Chairperson’s Award of the Gangwon Provincial Council was presented to Ok Ji-hoon of the Department of Barista & Baking and Go Yo-el of the Department of Social Welfare.

또한 각 학과 수석 10명에게는 강원도립대학교 총장 표창이 수여됐으며, 우수한 학업 성취와 학과 활동을 통해 대학 발전에 기여한 22명의 학생에게는 유관기관 및 단체장 표창이 수여됐다.

In addition, 10 top students from each department received the President’s Award, while 22 graduates were honored with awards from affiliated organizations and institutional leaders in recognition of their academic excellence and contributions to campus activities.

#최종균 총장은 축사를 통해 졸업생들의 노력과 성취를 격려하며 “졸업생들은 지식뿐 아니라 사회가 요구하는 실력과 책임감을 함께 갖춘 인재”라고 강조했다. 이어 “주변의 기대보다 자신의 내면의 목소리에 귀 기울이며 자신만의 길을 개척해 나가길 바란다”고 당부했다.

In his congratulatory address, President Choi praised the graduates’ dedication and achievements, stating, “Our graduates are equipped not only with knowledge but also with the competence and sense of responsibility demanded by society.” He encouraged them to “listen to their inner voice rather than external expectations and carve out their own unique paths.”

한편, 강원도립대학교는 강원특별자치도가 설립·운영하는 공립 전문대학으로, 지역 산업 수요에 기반한 실무 중심 교육과 산학협력 강화를 통해 지역사회와 함께 성장하는 인재 양성에 힘쓰고 있다. 특히 지역 정주형 인재 육성을 위한 현장 맞춤형 교육과정과 지원을 지속적으로 확대하고 있다.
