강릉교육지원청, 강원특별자치도교육지원청 교육장 정기협의회 개최

“모든 아이의 성장을 책임지는 보편적 인성교육 지원 방안 등 모색”

강릉교육지원청(교육장 김기현)은 2월 11일(수) 강릉교육지원청 대회의실에서 ‘2026년 2월 강원특별자치도교육지원청 교육장 정기협의회’를 개최했다.

Gangneung Office of Education (Superintendent Kim Ki-hyun) held the “February 2026 Regular Meeting of Superintendents of Education Support Offices in Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province” on Wednesday, February 11, at its main conference hall.

이번 협의회에는 강원특별자치도교육감을 포함해 도내 17개 지역교육지원청 교육장이 참석해 강원교육 정책에 대한 이해를 공유하고, 교육 현장의 다양한 의견을 나눴다.

The meeting was attended by the Superintendent of Education of Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province and the heads of 17 regional education support offices, who shared their understanding of Gangwon’s educational policies and exchanged diverse perspectives from the field.

협의회는 ‘모든 아이의 성장을 책임지는 보편적 인성교육 지원 방안’을 협의 주제로 삼아 △강릉교육지원청 주요 업무 보고 △도교육청 전달사항 △협의 주제 발표 및 토의 △기타 사항 협의 순으로 진행됐다.

Under the theme “Support Measures for Universal Character Education Responsible for the Growth of Every Child,” the meeting proceeded with a report on major tasks of the Gangneung Office of Education, announcements from the Provincial Office of Education, presentations and discussions on the main agenda, and other pending matters.

아울러, 참석자들은 12일(목) 강릉시청 도시정보센터를 방문해 오는 10월 19일부터 23일까지 5일간 개최되는 ‘제32회 지능형교통체계(ITS) 세계총회’를 사전 체험하는 시간을 가질 예정이다.

In addition, participants are scheduled to visit the Urban Information Center at Gangneung City Hall on Thursday, February 12, to preview and experience preparations for the 32nd ITS World Congress, which will be held for five days from October 19 to 23.

#김기현 교육장은 “이번 정기협의회는 도내 교육장들이 인성교육을 중심으로 강원교육의 방향을 함께 고민하고 현장의 목소리를 공유하는 뜻깊은 자리였다”며 “앞으로도 교육지원청 간 긴밀한 협력을 통해 모든 아이의 성장을 책임지는 교육 환경을 만들어가겠다”고 밝혔다.

Superintendent Kim Ki-hyun stated, “This regular meeting was a meaningful occasion for superintendents across the province to reflect together on the direction of Gangwon education centered on character education and to share voices from the field,” adding, “We will continue to strengthen cooperation among education support offices to build an educational environment that takes responsibility for the growth of every child.”
