강원 땅 위에서 살아가는 청년예술인들의 손끝이, 누군가의 하루와 조심스럽게 이어진다.

강원문화재단은 예술이 삶을 건너는 다리가 되기를 바라며 「2026년 청년예술인 교육이음 사업」 공모를 시작한다.

On the land of Gangwon, the hands of young artists gently reach into someone else’s everyday life.

The Gangwon Cultural Foundation opens the call for the 2026 Young Artists Education Connection Program, hoping art will become a bridge between people and communities.

예술, 혼자가 아닌 ‘함께’

Art, Made Together

“예술로 연결된 우리.”

이 사업은 청년예술인을 지역의 기관·단체와 매칭해, 아동·청소년·장애인 등 사회적 약자와 취약계층을 위한 문화예술 교육을 함께 만들어가는 프로젝트다.

“Us, Connected Through Art.”

This program pairs young artists with local institutions to create cultural and artistic education for children, youth, people with disabilities, and other socially vulnerable groups.

1차 공모: 만남을 준비하는 공간들

First Call: Spaces Ready to Collaborate

이번 1차 공모는 청년예술인과 협업할 기관·단체를 대상으로 한다.

도내 복지시설과 관련 단체들이 참여해, 이후 2차 공모를 통해 선정된 청년예술인과 함께 교육 프로그램을 운영하게 된다.

The first call invites welfare facilities and related organizations across the province.

Selected institutions will later be matched with young artists chosen through the second call, forming collaborative education teams.

Stories of Change Already Written

2025년, 이 사업을 통해 청년예술인 12명과 6개 기관이 만났다.

아동을 위한 미술과 연극, 청소년을 위한 영화 제작, 노숙인과 장애인을 위한 공예와 사진 수업까지—

그 시간은 단순한 교육을 넘어, 마음을 다독이고 자신을 표현하는 경험으로 남았다.

In 2025, twelve young artists collaborated with six institutions.

From art and theater for children, filmmaking for teenagers, to crafts and photography for people experiencing homelessness or disabilities—

these programs went beyond education, offering emotional stability and new ways of self-expression.

예술이 만드는 공공의 가치

Public Value, Shaped by Art

#신현상 강원문화재단 대표이사는 말한다.

“이 사업은 문화예술을 기반으로 한 공공 협력 모델입니다.

청년예술인의 활동 기반을 넓히고, 지역사회에 실질적인 기여를 하는 문화복지로 자리 잡을 것입니다.”

Shin Hyun-sang, CEO of the Foundation, explains:

“This program is a public collaboration model rooted in culture and art.

It supports young artists while contributing meaningfully to local communities through cultural welfare.”

Looking Toward the Next Chapter

청년예술인을 대상으로 한 2차 공모는 오는 3월에 진행될 예정이다.
