Gangwon Launches CSAT-Style Assessment Item Development for 2027 Academic Year

강원특별자치도교육청은 6일(금) 오전 10시, 춘천교육대학교에서 2027학년도 대학수학능력시험 대비를 위한 ‘강원 수능형 평가 문항 개발 1차 워크숍’을 개최한다고 밝혔다.

The Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province Office of Education announced that it will hold the First Workshop on Developing Gangwon CSAT-Style Assessment Items at 10 a.m. on Friday, the 6th, at Chuncheon National University of Education, in preparation for the 2027 College Scholastic Ability Test (CSAT).

이번 워크숍은 실제적인 출제 역량 강화를 목표로 국어, 수학, 영어, 한국사, 사회·과학탐구 등 총 11개 과목별로 운영된다. 전국 단위 학력평가 및 대학수학능력시험 출제·검토 경험이 풍부한 강원, 경기, 서울, 세종, 경남 지역 전문가들이 강사로 참여해 실무 중심의 출제 노하우를 전수할 예정이다.

The workshop aims to strengthen teachers’ practical item-writing competencies and will be conducted across 11 subjects, including Korean, Mathematics, English, Korean History, and Social and Science Inquiry. Experts from Gangwon, Gyeonggi, Seoul, Sejong, and Gyeongnam—with extensive experience in national-level assessments and CSAT item development—will participate as instructors to share hands-on expertise.

올해 개발되는 문제지는 실제 수능과 동일한 형식으로 구성되며, 11개 과목에 대해 정답 해설지와 OMR 답안지를 포함한 1회분이 제작된다. 문항은 총 3차례의 워크숍을 통해 개발된 뒤, 8월 합숙 검토와 9월 외부위원 검토를 거쳐 완성도를 높일 계획이다. 최종 문제지는 10월 중 도내 희망 고등학교에 배부될 예정이다.

The assessment set to be developed this year will mirror the actual CSAT format, comprising one full test administration across 11 subjects, including answer explanations and OMR answer sheets. Following three rounds of workshops, the items will undergo an intensive review camp in August and an external expert review in September, with the finalized materials scheduled for distribution to interested high schools across the province in October.

이번 사업에는 도내 고등학교 교사 112명으로 구성된 연구회가 참여해 2월부터 12월까지 활동한다. 연구회는 최근 수능 및 EBS 연계 교재의 출제 경향을 분석하고, 이를 바탕으로 문항을 개발함으로써 공교육 내 평가 전문성 강화를 도모할 방침이다.

A research group consisting of 112 high school teachers will participate in the project from February through December. The group will analyze recent CSAT trends and EBS-linked instructional materials to develop high-quality assessment items, thereby enhancing evaluation expertise within public education.

#박성관 미래교육과장은 “강원 수능형 평가 문항 개발 사업은 단순히 문제를 만드는 데 그치지 않고, 교사들이 평가 전문가로 성장해 그 역량이 교실 수업의 변화로 이어지는 선순환 구조를 만드는 데 목적이 있다”며 “출제팀에 참여한 112명의 교사들의 열정이 학생들의 꿈을 실현하는 든든한 사다리가 될 수 있도록 아낌없는 지원을 이어가겠다”고 말했다.
