진로교육원, ‘아람·길틈·디딤’ 프로그램으로 2026년 진로교육 힘찬 출발

Career Education Center Launches 2026 Career Education with “Aram, Giltteum, Didim” Programs

“Providing tailored, level-based career education even during winter vacation”

The Career Education Center of Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province Office of Education has launched a series of customized career exploration programs for high school students during the winter vacation, marking a strong start to career education in 2026.

강원특별자치도교육청진로교육원(원장 김익중)은 1월 6일(화)부터 30일(금)까지 겨울방학 기간 동안 도내 고등학생을 대상으로 다양한 진로탐색 프로그램을 운영한다. 이번 프로그램은 학생들의 진로 인식 수준과 준비 단계에 따라 맞춤형으로 구성되어, 학생들이 스스로 미래를 설계할 수 있도록 지원하는 데 목적이 있다.

The Career Education Center will operate various career exploration programs for high school students across the province from January 6 (Tue) to January 30 (Fri) during the winter vacation. The programs are designed to reflect students’ different levels of career awareness and readiness, helping them independently plan their future pathways.

꿈나눔 프로그램 ‘아람’ | Dream Sharing Program “Aram”

◦ ‘아람’ 프로그램은 1월 6일(화)부터 9일(금)까지 진행되며, 희망 진로 분야가 비교적 명확한 고등학교 1~2학년 학생을 대상으로 한다. 총 7개교 9개 팀, 47명이 참여해 ‘우리가 만드는 지속가능한 미래’를 대주제로 프로젝트형 활동을 수행한다. 학생들은 유엔 지속가능발전목표(SDGs) 17가지를 바탕으로 목공, 독서, 3D, 드론, 음악, 미술, 체육 등 7개 분야 중 하나를 선택해 협업과 체험 중심의 진로 활동에 참여한다.

◦ The “Aram” program runs from January 6 to 9 for first- and second-year high school students with relatively clear career goals. A total of 47 students from 7 schools (9 teams) participate in project-based activities under the theme “Creating a Sustainable Future Together.” Based on the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), students choose from seven fields—including woodworking, reading, 3D design, drones, music, art, and physical education—to engage in collaborative, hands-on career experiences.

꿈마중 프로그램 ‘길틈’ | Dream Guidance Program “Giltteum”

◦ ‘길틈’ 프로그램은 1월 13일(화)부터 16일(금)까지 운영되며, 아직 희망 진로를 고민 중인 고등학교 1~2학년 학생 49명(24개교)을 대상으로 한다. 프로그램은 ▲개별 맞춤형 진로검사 ▲진학전문지원관 특강 및 1:1 상담 ▲50여 명의 현직 전문직업인과의 만남 ▲진로체험 2회 ▲지역문화 체험 등으로 구성되어, 학생들이 다양한 직업 세계를 폭넓게 이해하고 자신의 적성과 흥미를 탐색할 수 있도록 돕는다.

◦ The “Giltteum” program runs from January 13 to 16 for 49 first- and second-year high school students from 24 schools who are still exploring their career options. The program includes personalized career aptitude tests, special lectures and one-on-one counseling with college admissions specialists, meetings with more than 50 professionals, two hands-on career experience sessions, and local cultural experiences—providing students with broad exposure to diverse career paths.

심화 프로그램 ‘디딤’ | Advanced Program “Didim”

◦ 심화 프로그램 ‘디딤’은 1월 28일(수)부터 30일(금)까지 운영되며, 메이커스(10명), 진로독서(20명), 진로체육(20명) 등 3개 분야로 나뉜다. 해당 분야 진로를 희망하는 고등학교 1~2학년 학생들이 보다 깊이 있는 체험과 학습을 통해 진로 역량을 강화할 수 있도록 구성됐다.

◦ The advanced “Didim” program runs from January 28 to 30 and is divided into three tracks: Makers (10 students), Career Reading (20 students), and Career Physical Education (20 students). The program offers in-depth learning and experiential opportunities for students aiming to strengthen their competencies in specific career fields.

#김익중 원장은 “이번 방학 중 진로 프로그램은 학생들의 진로 수준과 관심에 맞춰 단계적으로 구성된 것이 가장 큰 특징”이라며, “체험과 만남을 통해 학생들이 자신의 가능성을 발견하고, 스스로 미래를 설계하는 힘을 기를 수 있기를 기대한다”고 말했다. 이어 “앞으로도 학생 개개인의 진로 성장을 실질적으로 지원하는 프로그램을 지속적으로 확대해 나가겠다”고 덧붙였다.

Director Kim Ik-jung stated, “The most distinctive feature of these winter programs is their step-by-step structure tailored to students’ career readiness and interests.” He added, “Through hands-on experiences and meaningful encounters, we hope students will discover their potential and develop the ability to design their own future.” He also emphasized that the center will continue expanding programs that provide practical support for individual career growth.

한편, 이번 방학 중 프로그램은 연 2회 운영되는 과정으로, 오는 7월에도 동일한 취지의 진로교육 프로그램이 추가로 운영될 예정이다.

Meanwhile, these career programs are offered twice a year, with another session scheduled for July under the same educational objectives.
