최광익 강원미래교육포럼 대표, 제4차 교육정책설명회 개최

강원미래교육포럼 최광익 대표는 강원교육의 새로운 방향을 제시하기 위한 「AI 기반 학부모 맞춤형 소통 플랫폼(강원GPT) 구축 정책설명회」를 오는 2025년 12월 17일(수) 오후 7시, 속초 근로자종합복지관 2층에서 개최한다고 밝혔다.

Choi kwang-ik, Chair of the Gangwon Future Education Forum, announced that the 4th Education Policy Briefing Session, titled “Establishing an AI-Based Customized Communication Platform for Parents (Gangwon GPT)”, will be held on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at 7:00 PM, at the Workers’ Welfare Center in Sokcho.

강원교육 정책 논의의 연속선상에서 마련된 네 번째 설명회

이번 설명회는

▸ 9월 25일 춘천에서 열린 ‘대한민국 1호, 강원형 ESG 공교육 정책설명회’

▸ 11월 1일 원주에서 열린 ‘학교운동부 활성화 정책설명회’

▸ 11월 28일 강릉에서 열린 ‘공교육과 사교육의 상생·협업 정책설명회’

에 이어 네 번째로 열리는 강원교육 정책설명회다.

This session marks the fourth in a series of Gangwon education policy briefings, following previous forums held in Chuncheon (ESG Public Education Policy), Wonju (School Sports Revitalization), and Gangneung (Public–Private Education Cooperation).

“모든 부모가 연결되는 곳” 기조발표

설명회는 최광익 대표의 기조발표 「모든 부모가 연결되는 곳, Gangwon Parents Together Chat」으로 시작된다.

최 대표는 AI 기반 소통 플랫폼 도입을 통해 ▲학부모 정보 접근성 강화 ▲교원 행정업무 경감 ▲공교육 신뢰 회복 ▲지역 간 교육격차 완화 등 정책적 효과를 설명할 예정이다.

The briefing will open with a keynote address by Choi titled “A Place Where All Parents Connect: Gangwon Parents Together Chat.”

He will outline the expected policy outcomes, including enhanced parental access to information, reduced administrative burdens for teachers, restoration of trust in public education, and mitigation of regional education gaps.

AI 기반 실행 전략과 제도적 추진 방향 제시

이어 김민혜 연구위원이 정책 실행을 위한 제도적 추진 방향을 발표한다.

김 위원은 ▲AI 기반 맞춤형 안내 시스템 ▲24시간 AI 상담·안내 서비스 ▲정책·혜택 매칭 알고리즘 ▲포용적 서비스 설계 ▲교사 보호 및 행정 효율화 등 핵심 추진 전략을 제시하며, ‘강원GPT’ 구축이 현실적 대안이 될 수 있음을 설명할 계획이다.

Research Fellow Kim Min-hye will then present institutional strategies for policy implementation, including AI-driven personalized guidance systems, 24/7 AI counseling services, policy and benefit-matching algorithms, inclusive service design, and teacher protection through administrative efficiency, positioning Gangwon GPT as a practical solution.

도민과 함께 만드는 강원교육의 미래

이번 설명회에는 도내 학부모 단체, 교육 관계자, 지역 주민 등이 참석해 자유로운 의견을 나눌 예정이다.

강원미래교육포럼은 향후에도 도민과의 정책 간담회를 지속적으로 개최하며, 강원교육의 개선 과제와 실질적인 해법을 함께 모색해 나갈 계획이다.

Parents’ associations, educators, and local residents are expected to attend the session and engage in open discussion.

The Gangwon Future Education Forum stated that it will continue holding policy dialogues with citizens to collaboratively explore meaningful reforms for the future of education in Gangwon Province.
