2025년 학습연구년 특별연수 연구 성과 발표회 개최

강원특별자치도교육청교육연구원(원장 이수인)은 10일(수)부터 12일(금)까지 강원특별자치도교육청국제교육원에서 ‘2025년 학습연구년 특별연수 연구 성과 발표회’를 개최했다.

The Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province Office of Education Research Institute (Director Lee Soo-in) held the “2025 Learning Research Year Special Training Research Outcomes Presentation” from December 10 (Wed) to 12 (Fri) at the Provincial International Education Center.

이번 발표회는 학습연구년 특별연수 운영 성과를 공유하고, 교원의 전문성 강화 및 강원교육정책 발전 방안을 모색하기 위해 마련되었다.

The event was organized to share the outcomes of the Learning Research Year special training program and to explore strategies for enhancing teacher professionalism and advancing Gangwon’s educational policies.

연구 성과 발표회는 △2025년 학습연구년 특별연수 대상자 연구 성과 발표 △발표에 대한 총평 및 질의응답 △과제지정 담당자의 연구 성과 활용 방안 논의로 진행되었다.

The program included presentations of research conducted by the 2025 Learning Research Year participants, an overall review and Q&A session, and a discussion on applying research outcomes to designated educational tasks.

이번 발표회에는 도교육청 지정 과제 제안자와 자문위원, 그리고 참석을 희망하는 교원 및 교육전문직원도 함께해 연구 결과를 폭넓게 공유하는 장이 마련되었다.

Curriculum proposal authors, advisory committee members, and educators who wished to participate also attended, creating a forum for broad sharing of research findings.

2025년 학습연구년 특별연수에 참여한 26명의 교원이 △기초학력 향상 방안 △중도입국·외국인 학생 적응 프로그램 개발 △유아 교육자료 개발 △학교 자율시간 과목·활동 개발 △교육활동 보호 자료 개발 △초등 사회·과학 교과 문해력 향상 △특수교육 일상생활 활동 프로그램 개발 △정서 역량 강화 프로그램 개발 △영재교육 프로그램 △학적 업무 매뉴얼 개발 △회복적 생활교육 프로그램 △딥페이크 예방 교육자료 개발 등 다양한 주제로 연구 결과를 발표했다.

The 26 participating teachers presented research on a wide range of topics, including: improving basic academic skills; developing adaptation programs for mid-immigrant and foreign students; creating early childhood education materials; designing school autonomous-time curricula; developing resources for protecting educational activities; enhancing literacy in elementary social studies and science; creating daily living activity programs for special education; strengthening emotional competence; gifted education programs; academic records management manuals; restorative discipline programs; and developing educational materials to prevent deepfake misuse.

이들은 연구 결과를 강원교육 정책에 반영하는 방안을 함께 논의하며 실제 현장 적용 가능성을 모색했다.

Participants also discussed how these research outcomes could be integrated into Gangwon’s education policies and applied effectively in schools.

#이수인 원장은 “이번 발표회를 통해 강원특별자치도교육청교육연구원은 학습연구년 특별연수의 성과를 체계적으로 정리하여, 미래 지향적인 교육정책을 도출해 나갈 계획”이라고 밝혔다.

Director Lee Soo-in stated, “Through this presentation event, the Research Institute will systematically organize the outcomes of the Learning Research Year special training program and use them to develop future-oriented educational policies.”

“연구 성과는 교육 현장에서 적용할 수 있는 실질적인 방안으로 제안되어, 강원교육의 질적 향상을 촉진하는 계기가 되기를 기대한다”고 말했다.

He added, “We expect that these research outcomes will translate into practical strategies for schools, thereby contributing to meaningful qualitative improvements in Gangwon education.”
