강릉교육지원청, 2025 학생 리더십 성장 프로그램 ‘같이의 가치’ 운영

강릉교육지원청(교육장 김기현)은 11월 15일(토)과 11월 28일(금), 강릉시 교육발전특구 K-인성교육과 연계하여 학생들의 민주시민교육과 자발적 시민성, 인성 덕목 함양을 위한 ‘2025 학생 리더십 성장 프로그램 – 같이의 가치’를 운영했다.

The Gangneung Office of Education (Superintendent Kim Ki-hyun) held the 2025 Student Leadership Growth Program, “The Value of Togetherness” on November 15 and 28, in connection with Gangneung’s K-Character Education initiative. The program aimed to foster democratic citizenship, voluntary civic engagement, and core character values among students.

학생이 중심이 되는 리더십

Student-Centered Leadership

이번 프로그램은 학생 스스로 기획하고 실천하는 자치활동을 통해

책임감·배려·소통·협력 등 인성의 중심 가치들을 자연스럽게 체득하도록 마련되었다.

The program was designed to help students naturally develop responsibility, empathy, communication, and collaboration through autonomous activities they plan and carry out themselves.

집중력·자기관리·자기주도성 등 개인 역량 강화와 더불어

민주시민으로서의 리더십을 기르고,학교 공동체의 변화를 이끄는 ‘주체적 학생’으로 성장하도록 돕는 것이 핵심 목표다.

It also aimed to strengthen focus, self-management, and self-direction while cultivating democratic leadership—ultimately empowering students to become active agents of change within their school communities.

Three Core Competencies

1) 협력과 소통

Collaboration & Communication

좋은 리더의 역할, 의미 있는 규칙, ‘학생자치’의 본질을 함께 토론하며

협력의 가치를 이해하는 시간을 가졌다.

Students discussed the role of a good leader, meaningful rules, and the essence of student autonomy, deepening their understanding of cooperation.

2) 집단지성과 조율

Collective Intelligence & Facilitation

뛰어난 개인보다 훌륭한 집단지성의 힘을 배우고,

브레인라이팅 등 다양한 퍼실리테이션 기법을 통해

학교 내 갈등을 조율하는 방법을 연습했다.

Students explored the power of collective intelligence over individual excellence and practiced facilitation tools—such as brainwriting—to navigate and resolve conflicts within their schools.

3) 설득력과 기획력

Persuasion & Planning

설득의 법칙과 비판적 사고를 배우고,

기획과 계획의 차이를 이해하며

학생회 연간 계획 수립 방안을 구체적으로 익혔다.

They also learned principles of persuasion and critical thinking, while understanding the difference between a plan and planning. Through this, they practiced how to build a realistic year-round student council plan.

핵심 인성 덕목을 직접 경험함으로써

민주적 학교문화가 굳건히 자리 잡기를 바란다.”
