「제2차 강원특별자치도 청년정책 기본계획」 최종보고회

강원특별자치도는 11월 26일(수) 오전 10시,

도 여성가족연구원에서 「제2차 청년정책 기본계획」 수립을 위한

최종보고회를 개최했다.

이번 계획은 「강원특별자치도 청년 기본 조례」 제6조를 근거로,

도 여성가족연구원이 수행했다.

On Wednesday, November 26 at 10 a.m.,

Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province held the final presentation

of the “2nd Youth Policy Master Plan” at the Gangwon Institute for Women and Family.

The plan is based on Article 6 of the Youth Basic Ordinance and

was conducted by the institute.

현장의 목소리를 담다

Listening to Voices from the Field

시·군 청년정책 담당자

보고회에는 청년정책조정위원회 위원 5명, 외부 전문가 5명,

도 및 시·군 청년정책 담당자 등 약 40명이 참석했다.

참석자들은 정책의 실행 가능성, 제도 연계,

현장 적용성 등을 중심으로 구체적인 의견을 제시했다.

A total of around 40 people participated, including

five members of the Youth Policy Coordination Committee,

five external experts, and youth policy officials from the province and cities/counties.

Participants offered specific feedback on feasibility, system linkage,

and on-the-ground applicability.

2026년을 향한 마지막 다듬기

Refining the Plan Toward 2026

도는 이날 논의된 의견을 반영해 12월 중 기본계획을 최종 확정하고,

청년정책조정위원회 심의를 거쳐 2026년 1월 국무조정실에 제출할 예정이다.

The province will incorporate the feedback into the final draft in December

and, after review by the Youth Policy Coordination Committee,

submit the plan to the Office for Government Policy Coordination in January 2026.

#김광래 경제부지사는

“이번 청년정책 기본계획은 ‘청년과 함께 미래를 여는 강원’이라는 비전 아래,청년들이 지역에서 꿈을 이루고 삶의 질을 높일 수 있도록

종합적인 지원책을 담은 결과물”이라며,

또한 “청년이 체감하는 정책을 위해

현장의 목소리를 지속적으로 반영하겠다”고 말했다.

Vice Governor Kim Gwang-rae stated,

“This master plan was created under the vision of

‘Gangwon, opening the future together with youth,’

and reflects comprehensive measures to help young people

realize their dreams and improve their quality of life in the region.”

He added,

“We will continue to incorporate voices from the field

to ensure policies that young people can truly feel.”
