강원특별자치도교육청교육연수원–고려대학교 사범대학부설교육연수원 업무협약 체결

강원특별자치도교육청교육연수원(원장 민섭)은 24일(월), 고려대학교 사범대학 부설 교육연수원과 ‘교과교육 전문성 계발 교원교육 협력체제 구축’을 위한 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다.

On Monday the 24th, the Gangwon Provincial Office of Education Teacher Training Institute (Director Min Seop) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Korea University College of Education Training Institute to establish a cooperative system for enhancing teachers’ subject-teaching expertise.

이번 협약식은 고려대학교 안암캠퍼스 운초우선교육관에서 진행되었으며, 민섭 원장과 윤성진 고려대학교 사범대학 부설 교육연수원장 및 양 기관 관계자들이 참석했다.

The signing ceremony was held at the Uncho Woo-Sun Education Hall on Korea University’s Anam Campus, with Director Min Seop, Director Yoon Sung-jin of KU’s Training Institute, and key officials from both organizations in attendance.

협약에 따라 두 기관은 고려대학교 사범대학이 보유한 전문 인력과 교육시설을 활용해 강원도 중등 교원을 위한 연수를 체계적이고 안정적으로 운영할 수 있는 협력체제를 구축하게 된다. 이를 통해 교원의 교과교육 전문성 계발 직무연수의 질적 향상과 학생의 배움·성장으로 이어지는 긍정적 효과가 기대된다.

Under the agreement, the two institutions will build a cooperative framework that utilizes Korea University College of Education’s expert faculty and educational infrastructure to systematically and reliably provide training for secondary teachers in Gangwon Province. The partnership is expected to enhance the quality of subject-teaching professional development and ultimately contribute to improved student learning and growth.

#윤성진 원장은 “이번 협약을 통해 우리 대학의 연수 역량이 강원지역 중등 교원 교육 발전에 기여하게 되어 뜻깊다”며 “앞으로도 다양한 협력을 통해 현장 교원의 전문성 향상을 지속적으로 지원하겠다”고 밝혔다.

Director Yoon stated, “It is meaningful that our university’s training capabilities can contribute to the development of secondary teacher education in Gangwon Province. We will continue to support the enhancement of teachers’ professional competencies through ongoing collaborative efforts.”

#민섭 원장은 “신뢰와 협력을 기반으로 한 이번 협약을 통해 중등 교원의 전문성 신장과 교원교육의 질적 향상의 성과를 이루게 되었다”며 “강원의 교원들이 변화하는 교육 환경 속에서 도약할 수 있도록 다양한 연수 기회를 제공하고, 전국 교육기관과의 협력을 더욱 확대하겠다”고 말했다.

Director Min remarked, “This agreement, grounded in trust and cooperation, marks significant progress in strengthening secondary teachers’ expertise and improving the quality of teacher education. We will continue to expand high-quality training opportunities and broaden collaboration with educational institutions nationwide so that teachers in Gangwon can thrive in an evolving educational landscape.”
