도교육청, 도내 교직원 대상 우리말 바르게 쓰기 국어교육 실시

강원특별자치도교육청(교육감 신경호)은 11월 21일(금), 11월 28일(금) 이틀에 걸쳐 각급 학교 교직원을 대상으로 ‘2025년 우리말 바르게 쓰기, 국어교육 연수’를 실시한다.

The Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province Office of Education (Superintendent Shin Kyung-ho) will conduct the “2025 Korean Language Training for Proper Use of Korean” for teachers across the province on November 21 (Fri) and November 28 (Fri).

연수는 영동권 교직원과 영서권 교직원을 대상으로 각각 21일(금)에는 강릉 교육연수원 본원, 28일(금)에는 원주 교육과학정보원에서 진행된다.

The training will be provided separately for teachers in the Yeongdong and Yeongseo regions—on the 21st at the Gangneung Education Training Institute and on the 28th at the Wonju Education Information Institute.

연수 내용은 △강원대학교 한국어문화원 전문강사의 ‘공문서 작성법 및 쉽고 바른 공공언어 쓰기’ 등 업무 수행에 필수적인 국어사용 능력이 중심이 된다.

The program focuses on essential Korean language skills for public duties, including a lecture by an expert from Kangwon National University's Korean Language Culture Center on “Official Document Writing and Clear, Correct Public Language Use.”

김진규 공보담당관은 “작년 국어교육 수요가 높아 올해는 영서권, 영동권 연수를 각각 마련했다”라며,

Public Relations Officer Kim Jin-gyu stated, “Due to high demand last year, we have organized separate training sessions for both the Yeongseo and Yeongdong regions this year.”

“이번 교육을 통해 쉽고 바른 공공언어 사용 환경을 조성하고, 다양한 학교 교육활동 홍보로 이어져 학부모를 비롯한 지역사회의 강원교육에 관한 관심과 참여가 증대되기를 바란다”고 말했다.

“We hope this training will foster an environment of clear and proper public language use and promote school educational activities, ultimately increasing interest and participation in Gangwon education from parents and local communities,” he added.

공공기관 올바른 국어 사용 위한 사업 추진

한편, 강원특별자치도교육청은 공공기관의 올바른 국어 사용을 촉진하기 위해 △국어책임관 운영 △공문서 사후 점검 △보도자료 사전 점검 △한글날 행사 등 다양한 사업을 추진하고 있다.

Meanwhile, the Gangwon Provincial Office of Education continues various initiatives to promote proper Korean use in public institutions, including operating a “Korean Language Officer,” conducting post-reviews of official documents, pre-reviewing press releases, and hosting events for Hangeul Day.
