강원특별자치도교육청, ‘중학교 진로·학업 설계 지도 역량 강화 연수’ 실시

강원특별자치도교육청(교육감 신경호)은 11월 19일(수) 원주 인터불고호텔에서 도내 중학교 교사를 대상으로 ‘2025 중학교 진로·학업 설계 지도 역량 강화 연수’를 개최했다.

The Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province Office of Education (Superintendent Shin Kyung-ho) held the “2025 Middle School Career & Academic Planning Guidance Capacity-Building Training” on November 19 (Wed) at the Inter-Burgo Hotel in Wonju for middle school teachers across the province.

이번 연수는 2022 개정 교육과정과 고교학점제의 안정적 안착을 지원하고, 중학교 단계에서 교사의 진로·학업 설계 지도 역량을 강화하기 위해 추진됐다.

The training was organized to support the smooth implementation of the 2022 revised curriculum and the high school credit system, while strengthening teachers’ competencies in guiding career and academic planning at the middle school level.

연수에는 도내 중학교 3학년 담임교사, 진로상담교사, 교무부장 등 약 70여 명이 참석했으며, 이론과 실습을 병행한 참여형 방식으로 진행됐다.

Approximately 70 participants—including third-grade homeroom teachers, career counselors, and department heads—attended the program, which was conducted in an interactive format combining theory and hands-on practice.

프로그램은 △진로·학업 설계 지도의 이해 △진로·학업 설계 지도 실제 등 두 가지 주제로 구성되었으며, 현장에서 즉시 활용 가능한 실질적 내용으로 마련됐다.

The program consisted of two main sessions—(1) Understanding Career & Academic Planning Guidance and (2) Practical Guidance Strategies—featuring practical content applicable directly in school settings.

연수에 참가한 한 교사는 “고교학점제에서 왜 진로·학업 설계 지도가 중요한지 깊이 이해할 수 있었고, 실제 중학생을 지도하는 데 도움이 되는 내용을 배웠다”고 소감을 전했다.

One participating teacher commented, “I gained a deeper understanding of why career and academic planning guidance is critical within the high school credit system, and the training offered practical methods I can apply immediately with my students.”

#김성래 중등교육과장은 “중학교 단계의 체계적인 진로·학업 설계는 고등학교 선택과 진로 확립에 매우 중요한 과정”이라며 “앞으로도 학교 현장의 요구에 부합하는 실질적인 연수를 지속적으로 지원하겠다”고 밝혔다.

Kim Sung-rae, Director of Secondary Education, stated, “Systematic career and academic planning at the middle school level is crucial for high school course selection and long-term career development. We will continue providing practical training that meets the needs of school sites.”
