2025 강원 구석구석 문화배달 페스타 “예술로 꿈꾸는 우리” — 지역과 예술이 만난 따뜻한 하루

강원문화재단(대표이사 신현상)은 11월 14일(금), 횡성복합아트센터에서

‘2025 강원 구석구석 문화배달 페스타’를 성황리에 개최했다.

지역 곳곳을 예술로 잇고, 문화가 일상 속으로 스며드는 과정을 한자리에 모아 돌아보는 자리였다.

Gangwon Cultural Foundation (CEO Shin Hyun-sang) successfully hosted the “2025 Gangwon Everywhere Cultural Delivery Festa” on Friday, November 14, at the Hoengseong Complex Arts Center. The event brought together a year’s worth of cultural activities, celebrating how art has connected local communities and become part of everyday life.

Sharing a Year of Cultural Achievements

이번 페스타는 문화체육관광부와 강원특별자치도가 주최하고,

지역문화진흥원과 강원문화재단이 주관하는

‘2025 문화가 있는 날 <구석구석 문화배달>’ 강원권 사업의 결실로 마련됐다.

The Festa was organized as part of the “2025 Culture Day <Cultural Delivery Everywhere>” project, hosted by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province, and overseen by the Regional Culture Promotion Agency and the Gangwon Cultural Foundation.

오전 10시부터는

△원주문화재단 △삼척관광문화재단 △횡성문화관광재단
△인제군문화재단 △고성문화재단 △양양문화재단 등
7개 기관이 올해 진행한 프로그램들의 우수 사례와 ESG 실천 경험을 공유했다.

From 10 a.m., seven regional foundations—including Wonju, Samcheok, Hoengseong, Inje, Goseong, and Yangyang—presented outstanding program outcomes and shared their ESG practices.

지역민이 함께 만든 축제의 풍경

오후에는 어린이와 가족 단위 관람객을 위한 마술·벌룬쇼,

그리고 친환경 문화예술 체험 프로그램이 이어지며 로비와 전시실을 가득 채웠다.

모든 체험 부스는 자원 순환과 지역 협업을 핵심 가치로 삼아

지속 가능한 축제 구성을 실천했다.

In the afternoon, the venue came alive with magic shows, balloon performances, and eco-friendly cultural experiences for children and families. Every booth embraced values such as resource circulation and local collaboration, embodying a sustainable festival model.

Photo and video exhibitions showcased the yearlong activities of the <Cultural Delivery Everywhere> project, allowing visitors to reflect on the cultural pulse of communities across Gangwon Province.

#강원문화재단 신현상 대표이사는

“한 해의 성과를 함께 돌아보며, 지역 고유의 문화예술 활동이

더 오래, 더 넓게 이어지길 바랐다”고 말했다.

또한 그는 “문화예술이 도민 삶 곳곳에 자연스럽게 스며드는

진정한 의미의 ‘문화배달’을 만들기 위해 노력하겠다”고 강조했다.

CEO Shin Hyun-sang noted that the event was designed to reflect on the year’s achievements and to encourage the continuation of unique cultural activities across the region. He added that the Foundation would continue striving to deliver culture in ways that naturally enrich the daily lives of Gangwon residents.

생활 속 문화향유를 넓히는 대표 사업

A Signature Project Bringing Culture Into Everyday Life

‘구석구석 문화배달’은

혁신도시와 문화취약지역을 직접 찾아가

공연·전시·체험 프로그램을 제공하는 대표 생활문화 사업이다.

올해 강원권에서는 7개 재단이

총 50여 회 프로그램을 운영,

도민들의 일상 속 문화 접근성을 크게 넓혔다.

The “Cultural Delivery Everywhere” initiative visits innovation cities and culturally underserved regions, bringing performances, exhibitions, and hands-on programs directly to residents. This year alone, seven regional foundations in Gangwon operated more than 50 programs, enriching everyday access to culture across the province.
