철원교육지원청, 2025학년도 1년의 여정 신규교사의 성장과 배움 연수 개최

철원교육지원청(교육장 김상혁)은 10월 16일(목) 철원군 관내 테마카페에서 ‘2025학년도 1년의 여정, 신규교사의 성장과 배움 연수’를 개최하였다.

On October 16 (Thursday), the Cheorwon Office of Education (Director Kim Sang-hyeok) held a program titled “A Year’s Journey: Growth and Learning Training for New Teachers” at a local theme café in Cheorwon.

이번 연수는 2025학년도 철원 관내 유·초·중·고 신규교사 14명을 대상으로 마련되었으며, 교직 생활의 첫걸음을 응원하고 소통과 화합을 다지는 기회를 제공했다.

The training targeted 14 newly appointed teachers from Cheorwon’s kindergartens, elementary, middle, and high schools, offering them encouragement as they embark on their teaching careers and fostering communication and unity among peers.

연수 프로그램은 △선배 교사들의 밴드 응원 공연 감상 △‘1년의 여정 나누기’ 이야기 써클로 진행되었다.

The program included two main parts:

△ a band performance by senior teachers, and

△ a story-sharing circle titled “A Year’s Journey Together.”

특히 동송초등학교 교사밴드는 황선희 교사 외 7명의 선배 교사들이 참여해 신규교사들을 격려하기 위해 〈그대와 나〉, 〈버터플라이〉, 〈응원가〉, 〈날아〉, 〈걱정말아요 그대〉, 〈슈퍼스타〉 등을 연주하였다.

In particular, the teacher band from Dongsong Elementary School, led by teacher Hwang Sun-hee and seven other senior teachers, performed songs such as “You and I,” “Butterfly,” “Cheer Song,” “Fly,” “Don’t Worry, Dear,” and “Superstar” to encourage the new teachers.

교사밴드 소속 안초록 교사는 ‘2025 소방합창 전국대회 금상’ 수상 경험을 바탕으로, 음악적 감수성을 높이는 교수학습 방법을 신규교사들에게 공유하였다.

Teacher Ahn Chorok, a member of the band and winner of the 2025 National Fire Choir Competition (Gold Prize), shared teaching methods that foster musical sensitivity and creativity in the classroom.

또한 문혜초등학교 이소라 교사가 진행한 이야기 써클은 신규교사의 전문성 향상과 교직문화 확산의 장이 되었으며, 교육장과의 소통을 통해 선·후배 교사 간의 화합을 이끌어냈다.

The story-sharing circle led by Teacher Lee So-ra from Munhye Elementary School provided a platform for professional growth and cultural exchange within the teaching community, strengthening the bond between new and experienced teachers through open communication with the education director.

Director Kim Sang-hyeok stated, “I applaud the dedication and passion of Cheorwon’s teachers who devote themselves wholeheartedly to the children and students of our community,”

“생명존중과 미래가치교육으로 품격을 높이는 철원교육을 위해 교사의 성장에 관심을 갖고 지원하겠다”라고 밝혔다.

and added, “We will continue to support the growth of our teachers to enhance the quality of Cheorwon education through life-respecting and future-oriented values.”
