강원중등교장협의회, 강원 미래 교육 방향 논의

강원중등교장협의회(회장 이규운, 횡성여고 교장)는 9월 26일(금), 섬강고등학교에서 17개 시군 대표 및 임원단이 참석한 가운데 회의를 개최하고, 미래교육의 방향과 교사의 전문성 강화, 그리고 인공지능 시대의 교수학습 방안에 대해 심도 있는 논의를 진행하였다.

The Gangwon Secondary Principals’ Association (Chairman: Lee Kyu-woon, Principal of Hoengseong Girls’ High School) held a meeting on Friday, September 26, at Seomgang High School, with representatives from 17 cities and counties and executive members in attendance. The participants engaged in in-depth discussions on the future direction of education, the strengthening of teacher professionalism, and teaching and learning strategies in the era of artificial intelligence.

이번 회의에서는 △미래교육과 국제 바칼로레아(IB) 교육과정의 접목 및 강원교육의 발전 방향 △학교 안팎의 전문적 학습공동체 활동을 통한 교사 전문성 함양 △인공지능(AI) 시대 학습 외주화의 위험성과 학생 학습 유도 교수학습 전략 등이 주요 안건으로 다뤄졌다.

Key agenda items included: △Integrating future education with the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum and advancing education in Gangwon △Enhancing teacher professionalism through professional learning communities both inside and outside schools △Addressing the risks of outsourcing learning in the AI era and developing instructional strategies to guide student learning.

이어진 회의에서는 2025학년도 하반기 사업 계획을 검토하고 2026-2027년 회장단 선임과 관련한 논의도 함께 진행하며 협의회의 향후 운영 방향을 모색했다.

In the subsequent session, participants reviewed the business plan for the second half of the 2025 academic year and discussed the election of the 2026–2027 executive board, thereby seeking the future direction of the association’s operations.

#이규운 회장은 “이번 회의는 급변하는 교육 환경 속에서 강원교육이 나아갈 비전을 고민하고, 현장 중심의 대안을 마련하는 뜻깊은 자리였다.”며, “교장협의회가 중심이 되어 학생들에게 더 나은 교육 환경을 제공할 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다.”고 말했다.

Chairman Lee Kyu-woon stated, “This meeting was a meaningful opportunity to reflect on the vision for Gangwon education in a rapidly changing environment and to prepare field-oriented alternatives.” He added, “The Principals’ Association will take the lead in doing its utmost to provide students with a better educational environment.”
