강원특별자치도교육청(교육감 신경호)은 오는 9월 25일(목) 오전 8시부터 본청 전직원을 대상으로 ‘2025년 양성평등주간 캠페인’을 실시했다.

The Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province Office of Education (Superintendent Shin Kyung-ho) held the 2025 Gender Equality Week Campaign on Thursday, September 25, starting at 8 a.m., targeting all staff members at the main office.

이번 캠페인은 ‘양성평등이 피어나야, 강원교육이 피어납니다’를 주제로, 기관 내 양성평등 문화 조성과 성인지 감수성 제고를 위해 마련되었다.

Under the theme “When Gender Equality Blooms, Gangwon Education Flourishes,” the campaign aimed to foster a culture of gender equality within the organization and enhance gender sensitivity awareness.

주요 프로그램

Key Programs

캠페인에는 △양성평등 캠페인 및 성인지 감수성 자가체크리스트 운영 △양성평등으로 가는 커피차 운영 △내가 바라는 양성평등사회 1일(DAY) 상영 등 다채로운 프로그램이 운영되었다.

The campaign featured diverse programs, including △a gender sensitivity self-checklist, △a “Coffee Truck for Gender Equality” event, and △a screening of “The Gender-Equal Society We Aspire to.”

본청에서는 전 직원이 성인지 감수성을 점검하고 양성평등 실천 의지를 다질 수 있도록 출입구에서 체크리스트를 제공하였으며, 캠페인 참여 직원들에게는 따뜻한 커피와 함께 양성평등 메시지를 전달하는 ‘커피차 이벤트’를 진행하여 큰 호응을 얻었다.

At the main office entrance, staff members received a checklist to assess their gender sensitivity and renew their commitment to practicing gender equality. A “Coffee Truck for Gender Equality” provided participants with warm coffee and inspiring gender equality messages, garnering enthusiastic responses.

또한 한국양성평등교육진흥원이 제작한 ‘2030이 바라는 양성평등 사회’ 영상을 본청 1층 멀티비전을 통해 상영하여, 구성원 모두가 양성평등의 의미를 공감하고 되새기는 시간을 가졌다.

In addition, the campaign screened the video “A Gender-Equal Society Desired by 2030” produced by the Korean Institute for Gender Equality Promotion and Education on the first floor’s multi-vision screen, allowing all members to reflect on and internalize the value of gender equality.

Remarks

송수경 인성생활교육과장은 “이번 캠페인이 단순한 행사를 넘어, 양성평등 의식을 일상 속에서 실천하는 계기가 되길 바란다.”며 “양성평등 문화가 뿌리내릴 때 강원교육이 더욱 건강하게 성장할 수 있을 것”이라고 말했다.

Song Soo-kyung, Director of Character and Life Education, stated, “I hope this campaign goes beyond a one-time event and becomes an opportunity to practice gender equality in everyday life. Gangwon education will grow healthier when a culture of gender equality takes root.”
