강릉교육지원청 학생지원센터, 강릉교육복지협의회 개최

강릉교육지원청(교육장 김기현) 학생지원센터는 9월 18일(목)부터 10월 2일(목)까지 강릉 지역 21개 기관과 원활한 협업을 위한 ‘강릉교육복지협의회’를 개최한다.

The Student Support Center of the Gangneung Office of Education (Superintendent Kim Ki-hyun) will hold the “Gangneung Education Welfare Council” from September 18 (Thursday) to October 2 (Thursday) with 21 local institutions to promote effective cooperation.

이번 협의회는 교육복지 대상 학생 지원을 위한 기관 간 협력체계를 구축하고, 통합적 지원 방안을 모색하기 위해 마련됐다. 특히, 집중 지원이 필요한 학생들의 사례관리 연계·협력 방안, 교육복지 사업 방향, 지역 내 현안 공유 등을 통해 실질적인 발전 방안을 논의하는 자리로 진행되었다.

The council was organized to establish an inter-agency cooperation system for students in need of education welfare and to seek integrated support measures. Discussions focused on practical strategies, including case management and cooperation for high-priority students, directions for education welfare programs, and sharing of local issues.

협의회에는 강릉시청소년상담복지센터, 강릉시청소년성문화센터, 강원동부아동보호전문기관, 강릉시정신건강복지센터, 강릉율곡병원 위(Wee)센터 등 다양한 유관 기관이 참여했다. 각 기관은 역할과 사업을 공유하며, 안정적이고 통합적인 교육복지 서비스 제공을 위한 협력 방안을 함께 모색했다.

Participating organizations included the Gangneung Youth Counseling & Welfare Center, Gangneung Youth Sexuality Culture Center, Gangwon Eastern Child Protection Agency, Gangneung Mental Health Welfare Center, and Yulgok Hospital Wee Center, among others. Each institution shared its roles and projects while seeking ways to provide stable and integrated education welfare services through collaboration.

강릉교육지원청은 이번 협의회를 계기로 교육복지 사각지대 해소를 위한 맞춤형 지원을 강화할 예정이다. 주요 지원 내용은 △위기 학생 긴급 지원 △심리상담 △치료 지원 △학생 사례관리 △개인 맞춤형 지원 등으로, 학생들의 정서적‧사회적 안정을 위한 촘촘한 지원이 이뤄질 계획이다.

The Gangneung Office of Education plans to strengthen tailored support to close welfare gaps following this council. Key areas of support will include: △emergency assistance for students in crisis, △psychological counseling, △treatment support, △student case management, and △personalized assistance, all aimed at fostering students’ emotional and social stability.

김기현 교육장은 “강릉교육지원청 학생지원센터는 앞으로도 교육복지 대상 학생들이 정서적·경제적 어려움과 학교폭력 등 다양한 문제를 극복하고, 건강하고 행복하게 성장할 수 있도록 지원을 아끼지 않겠다”며, “학생-학교-가정-지역사회가 긴밀히 연계되는 빈틈없는 협력체계를 구축해 교육격차 해소에 힘쓰겠다”고 밝혔다.

Superintendent Kim Ki-hyun stated, “The Gangneung Office of Education Student Support Center will continue to provide unwavering support to help students in need overcome emotional and financial hardships, school violence, and other challenges, so they can grow up healthy and happy.” He added, “We will work to establish a seamless cooperation system connecting students, schools, families, and the local community to close education gaps.”
