강원특별자치도, 「청년정책의 미래」 포럼 개최

강원특별자치도여성가족연구원·강원일보 공동 주최, 제2차 청년정책 기본계획(2026~2030) 논의

강원특별자치도여성가족연구원(원장 김숙영)은 9월 22일(월) 연구원 강당에서 「강원특별자치도 청년정책의 미래」 포럼을 개최했다. 이번 포럼은 강원일보와 공동 주최로, 「제2차 청년정책 기본계획(2026~2030)」 수립을 앞두고 강원 청년정책의 비전과 추진 방향을 논의하기 위해 마련됐다.

The Gangwon Institute for Women and Family (President Kim Sook-young) held a forum titled “The Future of Youth Policy in Gangwon” on September 22 (Mon) at the institute’s auditorium. Co-hosted with the Gangwon Ilbo, the forum was organized to discuss the vision and direction of Gangwon’s youth policy ahead of the establishment of the “2nd Youth Policy Master Plan (2026–2030).”

포럼은 김숙영 원장의 개회사를 시작으로, 김광래 강원특별자치도 경제부지사와 박진오 강원일보 사장의 격려사가 이어졌다.

The forum began with an opening address by President Kim Sook-young, followed by congratulatory remarks from Kim Gwang-rae, Vice Governor for Economy of Gangwon Province, and Park Jin-oh, CEO of Gangwon Ilbo.

주제 발표에서 허목화 강원특별자치도여성가족연구원 연구위원은 중장기적 관점에서 「제2차 강원특별자치도 청년정책 기본계획」의 비전과 목표, 정책 방향을 제시하고 지역 특성에 맞춘 신규 시책을 제안했다.

In the keynote presentation, Heo Mok-hwa, Research Fellow at the Gangwon Institute for Women and Family, outlined the vision, objectives, and policy directions of the “2nd Gangwon Youth Policy Master Plan” from a mid- to long-term perspective, while also proposing new initiatives tailored to regional characteristics.

이어진 토론에서는 이승구 강원대학교 관광경영학과 교수가 좌장을 맡아 ▲박찬흥 강원도의회 경제산업위원장 ▲박주희 중앙청년재단 사무총장 ▲임재영 상지대학교 총학생회장 ▲안태환 강원 청년정책조정위원회 위원 ▲최진영 강원특별자치도 청년특별보좌관 ▲오석기 강원일보 편집담당 부국장 ▲임현식 강원특별자치도 일자리청년과장이 참여했다. 토론자들은 일자리, 교육, 주거, 문화, 복지, 참여 등 다양한 분야에서 실질적인 실행 과제를 논의했다.

In the following panel discussion, Professor Lee Seung-goo of Kangwon National University’s Department of Tourism Management served as moderator. Panelists included Park Chan-heung, Chair of the Gangwon Provincial Council’s Economic and Industrial Committee; Park Joo-hee, Secretary General of the Central Youth Foundation; Lim Jae-young, President of Sangji University’s Student Council; Ahn Tae-hwan, Member of the Gangwon Youth Policy Coordination Committee; Choi Jin-young, Special Advisor on Youth Affairs to the Governor of Gangwon; Oh Seok-ki, Deputy Managing Editor of Gangwon Ilbo; and Lim Hyun-sik, Director of the Provincial Youth and Employment Division. The participants discussed actionable tasks across various areas such as employment, education, housing, culture, welfare, and civic engagement.

김숙영 원장은 “이번 포럼을 통해 강원 청년들의 목소리가 정책에 반영되고, 실효성 있는 청년정책이 추진될 수 있도록 여성가족연구원이 지속적으로 노력하겠다”고 밝혔다.

President Kim Sook-young stated, “Through this forum, we will ensure that the voices of Gangwon’s youth are reflected in policy and that effective youth policies are implemented. The Institute for Women and Family will continue its dedicated efforts toward this goal.”
