교육연수원 “미래교육 대비, 교원의 수업혁신 역량 강화”

강원특별자치도교육청교육연수원(원장 민섭)은 9월 5일(금)부터 6일(토)까지 1박 2일간 평창 휘닉스 파크에서 ‘배움의 힘을 키우는 초·중등 인공지능(AI) 디지털 기반 수업혁신 직무연수(2기)’를 운영한다.

이번 연수는 디지털 기반 교육혁신을 준비하는 초·중등 교원의 역량 강화를 목적으로 마련됐으며, 교육과정-수업-평가의 전 과정을 아우르는 혁신을 통해 강원 학생 맞춤형 교육 실현을 지원한다. 지난 상반기 영동권에서 운영된 1기에 이어, 이번에는 영서권 초·중등 교사 80명이 참여한다.

연수는 합숙형(1박 2일)으로 집중 학습이 이루어지며, 주요 내용은 △2022 개정 교육과정과 디지털 기반 교육혁신의 이해 △학생 참여 중심 AI 디지털 수업 설계 △과정 중심 평가를 지원하는 AI 기반 디지털 평가도구 활용 등으로 구성됐다.

민섭 원장은 “영동지역에서 진행된 1기에 이어 영서지역 교원들을 대상으로 2기를 마련해 연수 접근성과 참여도를 높였다”며, “강원 학생 맞춤형 교육을 위한 AI 및 디지털 기반 역량 강화, 학생 성장 지원, 교원 전문성 제고에 앞장서겠다”고 밝혔다.

“Enhancing Teachers’ Capacity for Future Education”

The Kangwon Provincial Office of Education Training Institute (Director Min Seob) is hosting the “AI & Digital-Based Teaching Innovation Training Program for Elementary and Secondary Teachers (2nd term)” at Phoenix Park in Pyeongchang from September 5 (Fri) to 6 (Sat), a two-day residential program.

The training is designed to strengthen teachers’ capabilities in preparing for digital-based educational innovation and to promote customized learning for Kangwon students by integrating curriculum, instruction, and assessment. Following the first session held in the Yeongdong region earlier this year, this second session brings together 80 elementary and secondary school teachers from the Yeongseo region.

As a residential program, the training provides intensive learning opportunities, with core subjects including △Understanding the 2022 Revised Curriculum and Digital-Based Innovation △Designing AI-powered, student-centered digital lessons △Utilizing AI-based digital assessment tools for process-oriented evaluation.

Director Min stated, “Following the first session in the Yeongdong region, we organized this second session for Yeongseo teachers to improve accessibility and participation,” adding, “We will continue to lead practical training that enhances teachers’ digital and AI competencies, supports student growth, and strengthens professional expertise.”
