Gangwon Province Reviews 2025 Integrity Policy Achievements

Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province (Governor Kim Jin-tae) held a “2025 Integrity Policy Performance Review Meeting” on September 4th (Thursday) at 4 p.m. in the 4th-floor conference room of the Provincial Government Annex.

강원특별자치도(도지사 김진태)는 9월 4일(목) 오후 4시, 도청 별관 4층 회의실에서 ‘2025년도 청렴시책 추진실적 점검회’를 개최했다.

The meeting aimed to review the overall results of this year’s integrity initiatives, share successful cases, and explore measures for further improvement.

이번 회의는 올해 추진한 각종 청렴정책의 성과를 종합적으로 점검하고, 우수사례를 공유하며 향후 보완방안을 모색하기 위해 마련됐다.

Under the theme “A Clean Gangwon We Build Together,” each department showcased its integrity activities through video presentations. The Chair of the Audit Committee also explained the province-wide achievements over the past year.

‘우리가 함께 만드는 청렴한 강원’이라는 주제로 각 실국에서 추진한 청렴활동을 영상으로 소개하고, 감사위원장이 도 전반의 연간 추진성과를 설명했다.

Additionally, the Construction and Transportation Bureau and the Global Headquarters presented their exemplary initiatives and shared them with other departments.

아울러 건설교통국과 글로벌본부에서 대표로 우수사례를 보고하고, 타 부서와 함께 공유하는 시간을 가졌다.

Over the years, Gangwon Province has introduced pioneering integrity measures, including the “Individual Integrity Mileage System,” the “Integrity Feedback System,” and the “Anonymous Proxy Reporting System.”

그간 도는 ‘청렴 개인 마일리지 성과제도’ 도입, ‘청렴 피드백 시스템’ 운영, ‘비실명 대리신고제’ 도입 등 전국 최고 수준의 청렴시책을 추진해 왔다.

Departments have strengthened transparency in public projects and services by providing integrity notifications to contractors. Training has also been extended to private subsidy recipients to ensure proper grant management and oversight.

각 실국에서는 계약 상대방에게 청렴 알림톡 서비스를 지원해 공사·용역 등 대민업무의 투명성을 강화하고, 민간보조사업자에게도 교육을 확대해 보조금 집행과 관리 감독을 강화하고 있다.

To foster a culture of integrity within the organization, the province has introduced a voluntary job assignment system, implemented generation-specific integrity training, and encouraged departmental education and information sharing.

또한 전 직원 희망 보직제 도입, 세대별 맞춤형 청렴교육 실시, 부서 자체 교육 및 청렴 관련 정보 공유 등을 통해 내부 청렴도 개선에도 집중했다.

Governor Kim Jin-tae emphasized, “Integrity is more than preventing corruption or conflicts of interest—it applies to every action we take in governance. We must carefully ensure that no administrative processes cause inconvenience to our residents.”

김진태 도지사는 “청렴은 부패 방지와 이해충돌을 넘어, 적극 행정 등 우리가 수행하는 모든 행정에 연결된다”며, “도민에게 불편을 주는 행정이 없는지 세심히 살펴 달라”고 강조했다.
