강원특별자치도, 「심뇌혈관질환 예방관리 포럼」개최

강원특별자치도(도지사#김진태)는 6월 26일(목), 춘천 스카이컨벤션에서 시군 보건소 및 유관기관 관계자, 의료계 전문가 등 100여 명이 참석한 가운데 「2025년 강원특별자치도 심뇌혈관질환 예방관리 포럼」을 개최했다.

On Thursday, June 26, Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province (Governor Kim Jin-tae) hosted the “2025 Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Disease Prevention and Management Forum” at Sky Convention in Chuncheon. The event brought together over 100 participants, including local health center officials, representatives from related organizations, and medical experts.

이번 포럼은 1부 심뇌혈관질환 예방관리 현황 및 추진 전략, 2부 지역사회 일차의료 접근 전략, 3부 종합토론 순으로 진행되었다.

The forum was structured into three sessions: Part 1 addressed the current status and strategies for prevention and management; Part 2 explored approaches to primary healthcare in communities; and Part 3 consisted of a comprehensive panel discussion.

1부에서는 강원특별자치도의 심뇌혈관질환 예방관리 현황과 우리나라의 주요 사망원인 중 하나인 심뇌혈관질환을 체계적으로 관리하기 위한 보건복지부의 제2차 심뇌혈관질환관리 종합계획(′23~′27) 추진 전략에 대해 발표하였다.

In Part 1, presenters shared an overview of the province’s efforts in preventing and managing cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, along with the Ministry of Health and Welfare’s Second Comprehensive Plan (2023–2027) for tackling one of the leading causes of death in Korea.

2부에서는 전국 및 홍천군의 고혈압‧당뇨병 등록관리사업 성과와 국민건강보험공단의 일차의료 만성질환관리사업, 강원권역심뇌혈관질환센터의 인지도 제고사업 사례 등을 공유하였다.

In Part 2, participants reviewed results from national and Hongcheon County’s hypertension and diabetes registration programs, the National Health Insurance Service’s primary care chronic disease management project, and awareness initiatives by the Gangwon Regional Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Disease Center.

또한 3부 토론 시간에는 강원심장학회, 의사회, 간호사회, 언론기관, 보건소 등 각계각층의 전문가들이 참석해 실질적이고 지속 가능한 사업 발전 방안을 모색하였다.

During the panel discussion in Part 3, experts from diverse fields—including the Gangwon Heart Association, medical and nursing associations, media, and public health centers—explored practical and sustainable ways to advance related health programs.

정영미 강원특별자치도 복지보건국장은 “이번 행사는 일선 보건의료 현장의 목소리를 직접 들을 수 있는 뜻깊은 자리였다”며, “앞으로도 도민들의 건강한 삶을 위해 심뇌혈관질환에 대한 인식 제고와 사업 활성화를 위해 최선을 다하겠다”고 밝혔다.

Jung Young-mi, Director-General of the Welfare and Health Bureau of Gangwon Province, stated, “This event was a meaningful opportunity to hear directly from frontline healthcare professionals,” and added, “We will continue our efforts to raise awareness and strengthen projects that promote healthier lives for our residents.”
