LS Cable fully commits to capital increase of its subsidiary LS Marine Solution

LS전선이 자회사 LS마린솔루션의 유상증자에 2,983억5600만원을 투입하기로 결정했어요.

LS Cable announced a KRW 298.3 billion investment in a rights offering by its subsidiary, LS Marine Solution.

이번 참여는 책임경영의 일환이라고 해요. 배정된 신주를 100% 인수합니다.

LS Cable said the move reflects its commitment to responsible management, subscribing to the entire share allocation.

총 유증 규모, 4,294억 원으로 ‘업그레이드’

Total offering increased to KRW 429.4 billion as stock price rises

원래 2,783억 규모였지만 주가 상승으로 4천억대까지 커졌어요.

The original offering was set at KRW 278.3 billion but rose to over KRW 429.4 billion due to stock price growth.

해저케이블+CLV 선박까지! 글로벌 진출 시동

From subsea cables to CLV ships – global expansion underway

LS마린솔루션은 HVDC와 광케이블을 동시에 설치할 수 있는 기술력을 갖췄고,

LS Marine Solution has the capability to lay both HVDC and fiber-optic cables simultaneously.

이번 자금으로 ‘해저케이블 포설선(CLV)’도 새로 건조할 예정이에요.

The capital will be used to build a new Cable Laying Vessel (CLV).

목표는 단순: 미국 포함 글로벌 시장 진출!
