"Introducing a New Vision for Future Education through AI"

The Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province Office of Education (Superintendent Shin Kyung-ho) held digital education innovation policy briefings targeting approximately 750 elementary, middle, and high school teachers, as well as educational supervisors from local education support offices. The events took place on November 29, December 6, and December 20 in Gangneung, Wonju, and Chuncheon, respectively.

These briefings were conducted with the goal of creating personalized learning environments for students and establishing new teaching and learning models leveraging advanced technologies in line with the era of digital transformation.

The sessions covered topics such as policies for digital education innovation, the evolving roles of teachers, examples of AI learning platform usage, the integration of AI courseware into curricula, and AI-based instructional models. Strategies for utilizing cutting-edge technologies in education were also presented.

Particularly noteworthy were the presentations by educators from digital education innovation research and pilot schools, who shared practical implementation cases, thereby enhancing the applicability of these innovations to real-world educational settings.

Superintendent Shin Kyung-ho emphasized, "Education innovation aligned with the era of digital transformation is no longer optional but essential. We are committed to leading the way in creating future-ready educational environments that enable personalized learning for each student and foster better educational outcomes."

강원특별자치도교육청, 디지털 기반 교육혁신 권역별 정책 설명회 개최 “AI로 여는 미래교육의 새로운 비전 안내” 강원특별자치도교육청(교육감 신경호)은 11월 29일, 12월 6일, 12월 20일 각각 강릉, 원주, 춘천 권역에서 초·중·고 교원과 교육지원청 장학사 약 750명을 대상으로 디지털 기반 교육혁신 정책 설명회를 개최했다.

이번 설명회는 디지털 대전환 시대에 맞춘 교육 혁신을 통해 학생 맞춤형 학습 환경을 조성하고, 첨단 기술을 활용한 새로운 교수·학습 모델을 학교 현장에 정착시키는 것을 목적으로 운영되었다.

설명회에서는 디지털 교육혁신 정책과 교사의 역할 변화,인공지능(AI) 학습 플랫폼 활용 사례,교육과정과 접목된 AI 코스웨어 활용,AI 기반 수업 모형 등 첨단 기술을 활용한 교육 방안 등에 대한 안내가 이루어졌다.

특히 디지털 교육혁신 연구·선도학교 담당 교원들이 운영 사례를 공유하며 현장 적용 가능성을 높였다.

신경호 교육감은 “디지털 대전환 시대에 맞춘 교육혁신은 더 이상 선택이 아닌 필수”라며, “학생 개별 맞춤형 학습을 실현하고, 더 나은 교육을 위한 미래 교육환경을 조성하는 데 앞장서겠다.”라고 말했다.
