“청소년·가족 함께 품는다”… 삼척시 기관들, 촘촘한 지원망 구축

삼척시청소년상담복지센터·학교밖청소년지원센터–삼척시가족센터 업무협약 체결

삼척시청소년상담복지센터·삼척시학교밖청소년지원센터(센터장 김정희)는 5월 12일 삼척시가족센터와 지역 청소년 및 가족 지원 강화를 위한 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다.

The Samcheok Youth Counseling & Welfare Center and Samcheok School-Outside-Youth Support Center (Director Kim Jeong-hee) signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Samcheok Family Center on May 12 to strengthen support for local youth and families.

이번 협약은 지역 내 청소년과 가족을 위한 통합 지원체계를 구축하고, 기관 간 협력 네트워크를 활성화하기 위해 마련됐다. 특히 학교 밖 청소년과 다문화가정 청소년 등 다양한 지원이 필요한 청소년들에게 맞춤형 서비스를 제공하고, 건강한 성장 환경을 조성하는 데 목적이 있다.

 This agreement was designed to establish an integrated support system for local youth and families while strengthening cooperative networks among related institutions. In particular, it aims to provide customized services for youth in need of diverse support, including out-of-school youth and multicultural family youth, and to create a healthy environment for their growth.

협약에 따라 양 기관은 △청소년 및 가족 대상 프로그램 연계 △위기청소년 발굴 및 지원 △다문화가정 청소년 지원 협력 △지역사회 자원 연계 및 정보 공유 △상호 발전을 위한 협력체계 구축 등에 적극 협력하기로 했다.

 Under the agreement, the two organizations agreed to actively cooperate in areas including △linking programs for youth and families △identifying and supporting at-risk youth △supporting youth from multicultural families △sharing community resources and information △building a cooperative framework for mutual development.

삼척시청소년상담복지센터·삼척시학교밖청소년지원센터 관계자는 “이번 협약을 통해 지역 청소년과 가족들에게 보다 촘촘하고 실질적인 지원이 가능해질 것으로 기대한다”라며 “앞으로도 지역 유관기관과의 협력을 강화해 청소년들이 건강하게 성장할 수 있는 환경 조성에 힘쓰겠다”라고 말했다.

 An official from the Samcheok Youth Counseling & Welfare Center and School-Outside-Youth Support Center stated, “We expect this agreement to enable more detailed and practical support for local youth and families,” adding, “We will continue strengthening cooperation with related organizations to create an environment where young people can grow up healthy and strong.”

삼척시가족센터 관계자는 “청소년과 가족은 함께 성장해야 하는 중요한 공동체인 만큼 이번 협약을 계기로 지역사회 협력체계를 더욱 강화해 나가겠다”고 전했다.

 An official from the Samcheok Family Center said, “Youth and families are important communities that must grow together. Through this agreement, we will further strengthen the local community cooperation system.”

한편, 삼척시청소년상담복지센터·삼척시학교밖청소년지원센터는 청소년 상담, 학업 지원, 자립 지원, 자기계발 프로그램 운영 등 다양한 사업을 통해 지역 청소년의 건강한 성장을 지원하고 있다.

 Meanwhile, the Samcheok Youth Counseling & Welfare Center and School-Outside-Youth Support Center continue to support the healthy growth of local youth through various programs including counseling, academic support, self-reliance assistance, and self-development activities.
