Donghae Women’s New Work Center Reviews Employment Linkage Strategies Through Trainee Meeting

동해여성새로일하기센터(센터장 금후자)는 4월 20일(월), 직업교육훈련 「유아·노인 교육전문가 양성과정」 수강생 20명이 참여한 가운데 간담회를 개최했다.

The Donghae Women’s New Work Center (Director: Geum Hu-ja), supported by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family, held a meeting on April 20 (Monday) with 20 trainees participating in the “Early Childhood and Elderly Education Specialist Training Program.”

이번 간담회는 지난 4월 9일 배포된 ‘유아·노인 교육전문가 양성과정 운영’과 관련해 교육생들의 의견을 수렴하고, 취업 연계 방향을 점검하기 위해 마련됐다.

The meeting was organized to gather feedback from trainees and review employment linkage strategies, following the previously announced program on April 9.

이날 간담회에서는 교육 과정 중 건의사항을 공유하고 향후 취업 계획을 논의하는 시간을 가졌으며, 최신 고용 동향과 취업 정보를 제공해 교육생들의 안정적인 사회 복귀를 지원하는 계기를 마련했다.

During the session, participants shared suggestions regarding the training process and discussed their future employment plans. The center also provided up-to-date job market trends and employment information to support trainees’ stable return to the workforce.

한편, 「유아·노인 교육전문가 양성과정」은 4월 6일부터 5월 8일까지 운영되며, 수료 후 관련 분야로의 취업 연계를 적극 지원할 예정이다.

Meanwhile, the “Early Childhood and Elderly Education Specialist Training Program” runs from April 6 to May 8, and graduates will receive active support for employment placement in related fields.
