#2025 Gangneung Short-form Video Contest

Gangneung City is launching a short-form video contest to showcase the charm of traveling in Gangneung with pet dogs and effectively promote it to a wider audience.

Every year, Gangneung hosts contests in different categories to discover unique SNS content. This year, the contest focuses on #vertical short-form videos of up to 30 seconds short-form videos of up to 30 seconds, under the theme:
"#A Trip to Gangneung with Your Furry Friend."

 Contest Period:
April 1 (Tue) – July 31 (Thu), 2025

 Who Can Participate?
Any individual or team from South Korea

 Submission Guidelines:
Participants should capture the beauty of Gangneung and showcase unique ways to enjoy the city with their pets. Any genre is acceptable as long as the video effectively highlights the emotional and distinctive appeal of traveling in Gangneung.

To participate, entrants must:

Post their video on their personal SNS account.

Fill out the application form via Naver Form and submit the original video along with the application via email.

 Prize Pool: KRW 10 million

 Announcement of Winners:
August 20 (Wed), 2025
Results will be published on the Gangneung City website, and winners will be notified individually.

Winning entries will be featured on Gangneung City’s official SNS channels, promoting Gangneung as a pet-friendly travel destination to a global audience.
